Metalworking fluids are critical to the ultimate success of any industrial machining operation. The Hill and Griffith Company offers a line of premium heavy-duty synthetic and semi-synthetic metalworking fluids that are uniquely engineered to provide non-reactive extreme pressure lubrication capacity, thus ensuring a low coefficient of friction for maximum tool life and exceptional finish characteristics.
These bio-resistant synthetic coolants, which are suitable for a broad spectrum of machine tool applications, are particularly applicable in general CNC machining operations; inclusive of boring, milling, drilling, turning, facing, sawing, honing and grinding of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Our state-of-the-art heavy duty synthetics are capable of handling even the most difficult of aircraft industry alloys covering the spectrum of Inconel, Hastaloy, Waspaloy, and Stellite.
